WiMi 4000

Near zero latency H.264 compression up to 1920x1080p60
WiMi4000 provides wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver solution at the resolution of 1920x1080p60. Hardware-based H.264 compression engine is used for encoding full HD video signals. So, it can deliver full HD (1920 x 1080p60) video at 12 Mbit/s without any degradation of video quality. There is almost zero latency between transmitter (encoder) and receiver (decoder), approximately 80 milliseconds. Low latency is especially important for applications requiring real-time video transmission with the interaction. So, the WiMi4000 can be used for delay sensitive applications, such as PC2TV, PTZ camera or gaming console with the HDTV.

Supports various video connectors: HDMI, DVI, Y/Pb/Pr and PC
Both the WiMi4000T, wireless HDMI transmitter and the WiMi4000R, wireless HDMI receiver have several video and audio interfaces. It supports HDMI and DVI interface with the DVI/HDMI gender. Also, RCA jacks for analog component signals (Y/Pb/Pr) as well as PC monitor out with D-Sub connector up to the 1080p60 resolution. So, it can be used to connect pc to the HDTV without expensive PC/component trans-coder, even though the connectors on PC and HDTV are different each other.

Linear PCM and compressed audio, Dolby digital and DTS
The WiMi4000T and WiMi4000R can transmit all audio formats, such as 44.1khz/48khz 24-bit 2-channel linear PCM and compressed audio, 5.1 channel Dolby digital and DTS. There are two RCA jacks for stereo audio inputs as well as mini stereo phone jack. The WiMi4000R has also mini stereo phone jack for stereo audio output as well as 2 RCA jacks.

Popular wireless: IEEE802.11n with maximum distance of 450 m (1,500 feet) at line of sight (LOS)
The video and audio data from WiMi4000T and WiMi4000R are transmitted and received through the standard IEEE 802.11n wireless LAN. Although the air condition is varying from time to time, it is enough to deliver audio/video data because WiMi4000 series requires typically 10~20 Mbit/s, which is tenth of wireless LAN bandwidth.

Provides One-to-Many Multicasting Capability
It supports one-to-many multicasting function. In Wi-Fi Mode, four receivers can display full HD video simultaneously. In case of PLC modem, maximum 16 receivers can get full HD video from a transmitter at the same time. There is no restriction of the numbers of receiver in Ethernet LAN mode.

Full HD Real-time Streaming Server over Internet (RTSP/RTP/UDP or MPEG-2 TS/UDP)
The WiMi4000T provides RTSP streaming server functionality. So, you can receive full HD video with VLC media player in the PC as well as the receiver, WiMi4000R, simultaneously. Of course, the PC can be connected to the streaming server, WiMi4000T, wirelessly through the 802.11n WiFi.

The WiMi4000T also can be used as an real-time MPEG-2 TS/UDP streaming server for IPTV network. So, you can receive full HD video with a H/W based H.264 decoder or VLC player in PC. This low cost IPTV encoder solution will help to deliver full HD video to existing DiD TV or digital signage display. Of course, the PC can be connected to the streaming server, WiMi4000T, wirelessly through the 802.11n WiFi.

Full Duplex Virtual Serial Cable (VSC) Function and Telnet Command Line Interface (CLI) for online control
The WiMi6000 provides full duplex virtual serial cable function with TTL level signal interface for online commands. Also, command line interface via Telnet server can be used for online control at remote location via Internet.

So, the WiMi5100/5500 can be used for delay sensitive applications, such as Remote PC, IP KVM, PC2TV or gaming console with the HDTV.

Linear PCM and compressed audio, Dolby digital and DTS
The WiMi5000 series transmitter and receiver can transmit all audio formats, such as uncompressed audio with sampling rates of 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 96kHz and 192kHz(16-bits only) at 16-bits and 24-bits, and compressed audio, 7.1 channel Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD of 6Mbps.

CHD 1812

The CHD 1812 is a versatile and compact HDMI to SDI converter with integrated frame synchronizer. It is an ideal solution for any application which requires a fully synchronized SDI input from an external asynchronous HDMI source.

The flexible reference sync input will accept any analog video sync format including SD bi-level sync, black burst, colorbars and tri-level HD sync. The sync input is auto detecting and fully cross lock compatible. For example: An SDTV reference can be used to frequency lock an HD HDMI input. If no reference is present, the converter performs a standard asynchronous HDMI to SDI conversion. A pair of stereo analog inputs can be embedded into any AES channel. Audio inputs can be either professional balanced audio with selectable full scale level, or unbalanced consumer line level audio. By default any audio present in the HDMI stream will be embedded into the SDI output or it can be replaced with the external audio signals.

The module is also compatible with the yelloGUI software package, which provides access to a host of additional internal settings including adjustable video delay for timing purposes.

An SDI fiber output is also provided with a variety of plug in SFP options available.
